Welcome to Quilted Canvas Studios—where quilts get rebellious, canvases get attitude, and hoodies get turned into wearable art. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, that’s okay—just don’t use the site (and sadly, don’t buy the art).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our site, making a purchase, or contacting us, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Use. These terms may be updated from time to time, and by continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you’re agreeing to the new version.
2. Intellectual Property
- Everything you see here—art, designs, photos, copy, logos, and layouts—is the intellectual property of Quilted Canvas Studios (aka Robin’s brain, scissors, and sleepless nights).
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content or designs without prior written permission. Translation: don’t steal the art.
3. Products & Orders
- All artwork, prints, frames, and hoodies are custom-made to order. No mass production here.
- Product details (sizes, colors, pricing) are listed on each product page. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen because technology still hasn’t caught up with fabric texture magic.
- Once purchased, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit. Please review carefully before hitting “buy.”
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (rare, but if something seems sketchy, we’ll hit pause).
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms like Stripe or Square. We don’t keep your credit card numbers (because we don’t want that responsibility).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship using reputable carriers. Estimated timelines are listed on product pages (most prints within 1 week, frames within 2 weeks, hoodies about 30 days).
- Once an order leaves our studio and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are out of our control (though we’ll always try to help if something goes sideways).
6. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with our site.
- Use our content without permission.
- Pretend to be someone else while communicating with us (we see you, fake flamingo).
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver bold, badass art—but Quilted Canvas Studios is not liable for:
- Any technical glitches, downtime, or website errors.
- Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our site or products.
- Any allergic reaction to spray-painted flamingo beaks (kidding—but seriously, it’s art, not food).
8. Third-Party Links
We may link to outside platforms (Stripe, Square, Instagram, etc.). We’re not responsible for their content or practices. Check their policies if you want the details.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our site if anyone misuses it, breaks the law, or otherwise gives us a reason to.
