She strutted past me at the zoo like she owned the runway, and I knew I had to capture her. “Lola” is a fabric collage built with raw-edge appliqué, every feather cut, fused, and stitched for texture and drama.

Her 18-inch beak became my biggest challenge (and triumph). With no perfect fabric in sight, I spray-painted my own, creating a stiff and perfectly gradated “beak fabric.” Problem solved, princess crowned.

Lola is unapologetically pink, impossibly regal, and guaranteed to brighten any space she graces.
